Established on a greenfield site in 1987, Grangecraft garden centre is known locally as 'The gardeners garden centre' It is considered a leading garden centre in the Derby area. The centre aims to provide a large selection of quality plants, sold at competitive prices and backed up with expert advice from its qualified staff.

The extensive sales area is set amid landscaped terraced gardens, a very pleasant environment in which to shop at leisure. from alpines, bedding plants, bonsai plants and climbers to roses, shrubs and tress, this centre boasts an A-Z of plants for all situations. There are easy-to-grow varieties for the new gardener, to the 'connoisseur collection' for more unusual and challenging plants.

If you still cant find what you want, the centre's customer order service will try to source items especially for you. The houseplant area gets fresh deliveries every week, and offers an excellent range of flowering, foliage and conservatory plants. Here you will also find a wide selection of plastic and ceramic pots and covers.

The centre specialises in pergolas, gazebos and other outdoor features to add the finishing touches to any garden. Add to this centre's comprehensive selection of gardening accessories, sheds, conservatories and glasshouses, water features and seasonal garden furniture and you have a complete range of everything you need to create and maintain a beautiful garden. Covering approximately 8 acres, the garden centre features many other facilities, including a large giftware department, pets and aquatics department, and floristry department. When your ready for a breather, the licensed cafe serves a selection of hot and cold beverages, cakes, meals and snacks. You can sit on the lovely veranda overlooking the koi pond, or sample the fragrant delights of the 'Purley trellis rosary'
