From silk flowers and gardening books to seeds, garden buildings and patio and garden furniture to garden machinery and barbecues, you will find it here, together with bold displays of bedding plants and bulbs in season. The houseplant conservatory has thousands of plants. Among tried and tested favourites there are also some unusual plants.

Most spectacular is the indoor area featuring a rock face with water cascading into a pond brimming with an assortment of fish. Outdoors there is a superb farmhouse complete with display garden. The life-size demonstration area is completely authentic in every detail.

The cosy coffee shop, appropriately called the Dutch coffee house, has exposed beams and a fine assortment of farm implements. Hot and cold light lunches, teas and coffees are served here, with an emphasis on wholesome home-made food. The children's corner has a large adventure climbing frame amid plenty of open space with picnic tables. Here too are a collection of animals and pets, including guinea pigs and ducks.
